Nah, well they do, but the seats are entirely within the train, but the PBR is pretty much famous for letting people sit on the window sill with their legs hanging outwards
I was thinking it would be cool to have a theatre on rails.
We've travelled many times on Puffing Billy. Last year we travelled on the Train of Lights and it was incredible!

Looks like a great way to have your legs ripped off. Except it’s going far too slow for that, unfortunately.
