I set both the alarms, kill the first, snooze the second, and skip breakfast entirely most days. The healthy choice

Ya'll are getting awake after only two alarms...? My phone probably thinks it's being used by 7 people to wake up every morning.

I set two alarms every morning, one is just a “Heads up, it’s almost morning”, the other is, “Get your ass up!” alarm. I usually wake up on my own without either alarm, but they give me an idea of when I need to start getting ready.

This is a matter of routine.

The first alarm is just to soften me up. No one thinks I'm actually going to get up yet, much less the junior alarm.

Now, the second alarm - that one means business, and requires me to solve a math problem before I can snooze it.
