Has anyone won an LLO case and continued to live in the same house? (leddit.danmark.party)

I want to file an LLO case regarding my landlord not doing the required maintenance. It's a clear case, so I'll probably win.

I just want him to fix stuff, I don't really want to leave the house. But I feel like it would be weird to keep living here if I file a case against him.

Has anyone gone through something similar?

If you are a member of LLO (you have to be to file a case) you might want to ask them.

My friends mom has won 6 LLO cases against the same landlord, and still lives there. She has become the go-to person for the other residents now.

Hvordan i alverden er den udlejer ikke blevet smidt i brummen hvis hun har været nødsaget til at tage fat i LLO 6 gange?

Jeg har tænkt det samme. Det vildeste er at han er ikke en gang den værste udlejer i byen… og vi bor ikke mere end 5000.

Desværre er lejeloven skruet sammen på en måde der lader udlejere slippe af sted med gentegne gange at bryde loven, ofte uden alvorlige konsekvenser.

LLO is helping me on a case now. Expectation is I will continue to live here. Landlord did nothing until LLO contacted them. It’s a mold issue as well.
