To combat pervasive wage theft in New York, three new bills were introduced in the legislature that would punish violators.

I support. Government should enforce contracts. Someone takes a job and works the job they should get paid what was agreed.

Taking away the liquor license for wage theft? Uhh, that's gonna hurt.
