I purposely choose a kinda bad selfie, cause honestly this is where I feel my worst but is the most accurate way to access my transition. I've been on HRT since 2022, my levels have been kept at a max of 130 usually around 90 on E, and T is usually around 20. I did switch to injections which so far feels like it's even less effective than pills. (My E level was like 90pg/ml) I'm kinda at a point where I feel like FFS is needed, but I'm unsure what FFS could do for me, what surgeon I would choose etc. I doubt I'll ever have health insurance so I'll likely just need to crowd fund it. https://imgur.com/gallery/p2jmz2u

Okay, hear me out, this is important:

You're cute.

That's all, I have no idea about the surgery, sorry I can't be of more help, someone who knows more than me can tell you more.

Carry on, and good luck

Ffs is not what you need for me and regardings ur past post.

Your face look cute ☺️

And don't mind me now for the next pls, its regarding your posts.

Focus on one issue at time, and your face isn't. Your weight apparently affect you really mentally and the way your perceive yourself. That can affect your health too, physically and now mentally. Go take help for this maybe, not the rest ?

And my girl you are strong. Come on u got draduate as a girl. Ans I should evaluate you. Nahhh

Keep going ❤️❤️

FFS is not going to make you feel better and if you got it today, you'd be posting here tomorrow asking about what revisions you need. You torture yourself with self-hatred and getting FFS won't make that stop. You'll find a new way to hate yourself. What you need is therapy and antidepressants. People in this community have provided you with countless accounts of positive feedback that you can't or won't listen to, so why would you listen to their opinions now?

With that being said, you can find out what FFS would do for you from this website. Learn what procedures are used for FFS and why. Figure out which ones you would be a good candidate for. If you would like someone to check your work, take pictures as instructed from the same site and post them here with your analysis and people can provide feedback on that. Your provided picture hides the majority of your face and only provides one angle which makes it difficult to provide any honest feedback.

If you truly wish to get it, start a long term plan. Find a career you can tolerate that has the benefits you need and start working towards it. Figure out the best path to get you there. Every step you take towards your goal is that much closer to getting what you want to achieve. If you're young enough and your parents are accepting, you could get on their insurance, live at home, and start working now. One year at $10 an hour would be enough to pay any insurance's copay. Longer than that and you are well on your way to paying without insurance.

FFS Could help you be more comfortable with how you face looks but in all honesty if you can't finance it I don't think it's a huge priority unless it's seriously affecting your mental health

it kinda is for me, I know I am on the road of what HRT can do to my face, and I still really don't like I look.

Oh it's u! :D I remember seeing ur face in here before and thought u were hella cute so I wanted to tell u but couldn't find ur post :< Tho u've made more than one post like this and I know everyone tells u everytime and u still don't believe them (which is understandable, I know how hard it can be) but I honestly think u look so cute in all those pics and I'd honestly hit on someone with that cutie face X3 So please stop torturing urself cuz u don't deserve it at all

Like come on, u get so many comments calling u a cutie and u said there's some pics that u do like, that's all the proof u need and more :3

It's cause I use higher angles which had indesireable elements of my face, my face isn't winning any awards trust me

[–] [email protected] 2 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Hmm I don't get what u mean by this, my point was these r ur worst pics right? And I think they're cute so ur good pics can only be better

And yeah it's not like you're SUPER attractive, u're just a regular girl but that's the point, u're a regular cutie :3

[–] [email protected] 2 points 6 months ago (1 children)

I don't think I look cute at all though :(

[–] [email protected] 2 points 6 months ago

Well ye I dont think there's anything I can do about that apart from telling u what I see :< just wanted to tell u cuz I really like ur face actually <3 Can u get proffesional help? Cuz a good proffesional can seriously help so so much with nearly anything and I think u really should try if u haven't already

You've been on HRT since 2022. That's two years, it's still just the beginning. Take this from someone who's been on them for 10 years, a lot can change with time alone.

Your skeletal features won't change but your face will soften up and fat will get redistributed. Other people have said more about FFS here that I don't feel the need to repeat, but I just want to add that you don't need to rush into it. It's totally acceptable to wait some time and then see if you still want it in a few years.

Also, from what I hear, healing from it sucks.
