Adoption Certificate for Nellie, the Daily Thread numbat (with thanks to @Catfish)
Been watching Taskmaster NZ, it is too funny and my crush on Madeleine Sami has only grown.
Can I get someone else to start Sunday’s thread after midnight. I’m sure I’m not the only one awake
Flu shot done! Also my friend just said the Clear it outlet in Fitzroy has now reopened?!
Got on my PC at midnight after sleeping post-work. PC was stuck in a bootloop.
Finally narrowed it down to the RAM and took out two dud sticks at 3:30am... ugh.
So I was curious about what's happening over on Reddit, and turns out some subs are opening up because they're worried of Reddit admins gutting the mod teams and putting new ones in. It's already happened with advice animals. Not like it hasn't happened before, the head mod of Kotaku in Action (basically that whole gamergate shit, that IMHO, the guy who started it lied), essentially privated the sub because he was over it and hated seeing how hateful people were, he was removed and Admins put in new modding team.
There’s a lot of malicious compliance going on now. I think r/shitposting made a bot that automatically deletes comments to maintain free API limits.
I’m actually proud of r/Melbourne mods for shuttering shop.
r/pics voted to reopen but only display sexy pics John Oliver, so there's that.
Jesus Christ I just can’t shake this conjunctivitis
