I find it very down-to-earth and relaxing. He (and his brother) has inspired me to try a lot of dishes.

I follow only 2 danish people on youtube... well, one is turkish but speaks and lives in Denmark.
James' Køkken
Umut Sakarya
Both make cooking videos (umut also makes a few other kinds of videos. Recently he visted an olive farm and talked to a danish speaking woman about olive oil)
Umut mostly makes danish food but also some middle eastern inspired stuff. A bit less structured than james videos.
James is also a tv host on a cooking program on DR.dk (spise med price) he makes somewhat random dishes from all over the world. Mostly danish, european and some american. Its very calm and short videos.

There arent really any Danish Youtubers that are worth watching. James Price and Umut Sakarya makes a cooking video every now and then, but otherwise Danish youtube is pretty cringe aimed towards children, tweens and teens.

While not exactly what you asked for, you can also give DRTV a look. It is the streaming service of our public broadcaster (if you can't view content, use any vpn, and it'll work). For travel, a friend recommended me their programme "0 stars", which is about travelling in unusual areas or in unusual ways - I am yet to watch it, but maybe it'll be down your alley
