Some federated communities not appearing in search (kbin.social)

When I search for a community that exists on lemmy.ml by going to Magazines>Search, some of them aren't showing up.

For example, I want to add [email protected]. I've tried searching for just "gis" and for "[email protected]". Neither show that community. The same goes for powerlifting and hamradio.

The first two are newer communities, made within the last week. the hamradio community, I think is newer as there aren't a ton of posts.

Is this just a case of the servers not being "caught up" yet?

Having the same issue, also for me the search function on top right is not working at the moment.
I think something is still off with the sync.

I'm experiencing the same with the top right search. I'm assuming something is broken but I wanted to bring it up just in case.

Edit: top right search is now working, but the communities still aren't being found.
