Basically you double tap on the image, hold your finger down on the second tap and slide up and down to control zoom in/out.

After last update, it's the only thing I can think of that's missing coming from RiF.

The ability to hide a post with a single click. This and the zoom function, are all I'm missing.

Yep that would be a very useful feature, as well as flick away to dismiss the image.
