Me reading the title of the post: Yung China-quality Dalian trains ito no?

Giit pa ng COA na dapat magkaroon ng masusing koordinasyon ang CRRC Dalian at Sumitomo Corporation para matapos na ang Way-Forward Plan na kailangang gawin upang magamit ang mga biniling tren.

Lol! Sana lang talaga mapakinabangan pa yang mga yan, o ma-irefund ung binayad sa mga yan. Refund na sana though.

I think so, yeah. Inintroduce around the tail end of P-Noy's administration and other than a few pa-pogi shots during the early parts of Duterte's reign, hindi pa rin nalalagay sa permanent rotation.

I remember this mostly for its limited run. Back then, I was hoping to be able to ride one just to see how it feels like. I guess it's ultimately a good thing that those trains weren't rolled out for use a lot more than that.
