I just ordered the ESP grinder, should be here in a few days. Upgrading from a blade grinder 🎉
That will be a huge change in grind quality. Bravo!
I also have the Virtuoso+, which was my first step beyond the blade grinders I had always used, and it's a big upgrade. You're going to really notice the difference in brews. Congratulations!

Very nice. Did it come with those bellows, or was that aftermarket?
After market. I'm measuring beans before adding and wanted as close to zero retention as possible. I think it's working. I noticed the grinds come out a little lumped together. This is fine for aeropress and French press, but may need to get something for when it is espresso time to smooth out the grinds.
Do the water spritz thing on the beans. It should reduce clumping and retention.
