Probably a jackdaw. Shot in northern NL. (Sorry in advance for potentially offending anyone here with the title. I don't know much about birds but this one looks pretty!)

Their beaks are so small to our local crow/ravens.
Yeah but I think the feathers at the beak's base do make it appear a bit smaller still.
