Our right-wing government is more interested in giving tax breaks to rich people than funding defense, so no wonder it's only allocating 130 million EUR to this, but were perfectly happy taking billions of debt to fund tax breaks that only affect the top 1%. The amounts produced are still woefully inadequate as the article points out
