Thanks, been a tough week lol

Idk exactly what it is about the hello sailer posts that are so sincerely uplifting. Maybe the childhood nostalgia, for just a moment bringing me back to those days when I didn’t worry so much about the future. Maybe it’s the surrealism of the post appearing every week, now on Lemmy even, reminding me that the world is full of people who simply want each other to be well. Maybe it’s just the conscious act of taking a minute to reflect on the events of the week, being invited for a fleeting moment into a meditative space that feels ever less accessible in a world that commodifies our attention.
