Article reads very similar to their "Andoni Iraola to be fired" article from a few weeks ago where the editor has taken a written opinion piece and decided to give it a definitive headline.

They decided to beat newcastle and draw villa purely to spite that guy

They were very good against us

"Put out of his misery"

Christ, he's a football manager that's about to be sacked not a dying animal ffs

[–] [email protected] 1 points 8 months ago

Will they get the new coach boost ahead of Liverpool?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 8 months ago

I don’t believe anything is going to change if they replace him and that’s the extent of their changes. He’s not the main reason they are where they are!

why did they word that headline like he's going to be euthanised

[–] [email protected] 1 points 8 months ago

He gave it his all. Most managers would have struggled under his circumstances.

I mean, they're genuinely awful and might not get 15 points this season. He was never lasting the entire season.

Get a German in, play aggressive pressing 442 and try to survive.

Seems like Yo-yo-ing a couple years might be a logical way to get the cash long term to challenge more reliably

Yeah, I'm sure the guy that led you from 16th to the play-offs when he took over and then to automatic promotion in his first full season is the problem, not that the squad is not even remotely good enough for the Premier League.

Well it's not suprising when you lose your 2 best players and replace them with players who have no Premier League experience

Whoever at Shef Utd sanction the sales of Ndiaye and Berge for £25m and replace them with Hamer and Archer for £32m should be genuinely sectioned under the mental health act

[–] [email protected] 1 points 8 months ago

Hamer is better than Berge, and archer while raw had amazing numbers in the champ last year

nominative determinism /s

The Liverpool match isn’t going to look good at all for Sheffield United.Liverpool attempts more shots than anyone else in the EPL and Sheffield United allowed the most shots
