Good day everyone. I am looking for advice on which windows operating laptop to purchase for my photo editing with good color accuracy. I had my Dell laptop but the color accuracy is so bad and it just broke down. Budget is $2k-$2.2k.

Which Dell did you have? Their XPS line are pretty good.
