True, but this is a comedy based community. If the meme makes people laugh then I did my job. Hell, if you think this is bad, you should see the version I decided to tone down:

This is better than the OG post

Trust me, it would have been much easier to just repost this, but I guarantee you people would have complained. I toned down the meme and they're still taking it super seriously.

Well you see your post is really problematic and if you don't understand it that says a lot about you. Let's unpack this

How dare you try to make me laugh without being factually correct

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I compared two pictures. I guess I gotta watch that in the future, might upset someone 😉

I don't mean you, I mean other comments are complaining that you shouldn't leave a condom in your wallet. If that get's people upset then I can only imagine the response to the ramen packet condom lol.

Actually, I've posted darker memes here and they tend not to do well. They get downvoted and picked apart in the comments.

Well, they say if you post something with a slight error in your post or something that you know a bunch of people would correct, it will get more engagement. This isn't a Lemmy trend, but an internet trend.

We know ...we should get out more!

It's still not gonna happen, OK?

The OG post made me curious about what's in the comments. This one made me laugh.

OP, I love this

[–] shiphoster 1 points 1 year ago

Damn this one is genuinely funny

A wallet is also a really terrible spot to store a condom. Especially if you keep your wallet in your pocket most of the time.

That thing will break for sure.

[–] [email protected] 17 points 1 year ago (2 children)

That’s why I just wear a condom all the time

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 year ago (1 children)

You just gotta poke a hole in the end so you can still pee.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago

Is it possible to learn this power?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Not in two years. I just bought some that expire in 2027.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

When they're smashed into your wallet they do.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 year ago

Well don't smash them into your wallet then.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago

Sheepskin last generations, do your ancestors not join you in coitus?

[–] [email protected] 20 points 1 year ago

Do not. I repeat. Do not use a condom you had in your wallet. You will have a child or STDs or both

[–] [email protected] 6 points 1 year ago (1 children)

How could a sealed condom be considered "faithful"??

(Don't store condoms in your wallet)

[–] [email protected] 6 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I mean has it ever betrayed you???

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago
[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Two years? That's what i thought I would say when buying them 8 years ago.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 year ago
