I'm not familiar with the persona series, but she's a medical doctor that (under some circumstances) dates a high school boy?
Less of a "weebs are gross" joke than a detailed in-joke for a particular franchise.
My bad then, not that familiar either and I’ve seen that guy do multiple of those exact “weebs are gross” jokes, so after finding nothing with a quick search I just assumed it was one of those.
There's even an implied sex scene.
She's 100% a pedophile. Weebs don't like when you point that out. Lol.
