Best part about woodworking is getting furniture exactly the size and shape you want. Holds all my long glasses!

I'm not OP but it sure looks like red oak to me.

It's cherry I had left over from another project, but to u/uradingus2's credit, it's stained a red oak color to match the rest of the bar, which is red oak.
