I'm moving to Denmark as I've accepted a position there. I was wondering what bank is the best option with the following features:

  1. Mobile app in English
  2. Good insurance varieties (including life insurance)
  3. Good customer service

I heard AL bank is the best but it's only in Danish. Nordea I heard sucks at customer service, and danske bank and Jyske, I don't know. Please guide me.

People usually don't have insurance via their bank. Is there a particular reason you wish to have your insurance through the bank?

No i just thought it's the norm. I'm non Eu living in Finland and my bank here, OP, has many interesting insurances and it's known for people choosing the insurance from it. So if it's not the same in Denmark, what bank do you suggest? I wish LA had an app in English. I think I should choose between Nordea, Jyske and Danske?
