How do I disable this ["Continue watching"] shelf, alongside with other similar shelves in the homepage?

It must be noted that I have spoofed the app version, to v17.01.35.
This type of shelf never appeared in the previous version of the ReVanced Youtube [v18.16.37], with the same spoofed app version.
I am currently using v18.23.45.
Is there any way to get rid of these shelves in the homepage whilst keeping the spoofed version?
[Sidenote: just tried out this Lemmy app, seems pretty cool]
I have enabled that option, but the shelf is still there.
