Its not bad actually, because it means little to no traffic. I like to take walks without sucking up exhaustion from cars XD

The nightlife is craaazy. We part hard until 8 pm with some bingo, and cardplaying! But i do get your point...it is VERY calm, and also sometimes even too boring for an introverted person like me
