Well, I suggest you accept the call and express your excitement about discussing relocation options. Or something to that effect

They might want to talk about if you plan to move before the start, or later, visa status if applicable. Anything they offer to help you relocate.

My job profile is in positive list so should I mention it to the recruiter. Though they have open positions same as my profile but I applied unsolicited.
