Hello Danes! (:

I'm a young Portuguese who loves Denmark very much and I have the ambition to visit Denmark one day (maybe even live there).

I'd love to know what Danes think about Portugal and the Portuguese. Both good and bad haha So I'd appreciate your participation!

Honestly, most of the time the short answer would probably be "we don't". We're too busy making fun of Norwegians and hating Swedes

Or being besties with norwegians when we have a chance to redicule sweden together...

And ganging up with both sweeden and norway to express how much more better and cooperative and friendly we are than almost every1 ells.

And then back to bashing each other when there is no one ells to gang up on...

Ahhh, scandinavia, i love the strong bond of family... uh, i think i forgot some scandinavian countries... hmm.. if i forgot i dont think they are important 😆

Funny thing is, I can think of several nasty names we call the Norwegians, but the worst insult for Swedes is just "Swedes"

Historically Denmark and Sweden have the record for most wars fought between two countries.. Nowadays the "hatred" is more like sibling rivalry/teasing

Also we have mostly forgotten what we fought about. Like siblings it probably started with someone stealing the other persons sweetroll..

A lot of fighting over territory.. Especially Scania, which the Swedes are more than welcome to keep, it's turned into a shithole
