"Festen" by the same director, and the other Dogme95 movies.

The "Pusher" trilogy (as mentioned) and "Bleeder" by NWR

Everything by Bille August, especially "Pelle Erobreren"

And if your interested in some old stuff, watch "Ordet" and "Gertrud" by Carl Th. Dreyer.

These movies are universally great movies, where you don't need too much insight in the danish culture to follow.
