About 8 years ago I got into cycling and really enjoyed riding, but I ended up moving countries and ended up gradually stopping cycling. Since then I've worked an office job and been pretty much a couch potato.

I'm wanting to get into cycling, but find I can't really stick to it on my own, I am wondering if anyone knows of online communities or groups for people who are unfit but are trying to get into cycling?

I'm in the same boat and recently just got my first MTB for dirt cheap. I went on my first ride today just around the block and wow I'm going to need to build up to trails but I'm hoping I can go everyday after work, though I get off at 5am so it'll be nice for some morning riding.

For me right now I'm just trying to push myself to do at least around the block once everyday and from there build to go longer and farther. I'm hoping if I can make it a daily routine then it'll be something I just do like going to work.
