I live in the US and you can ask my American wife how thrilled I was when I randomly found it at Total Wine and More last year. I can get rye bread from a local German store, so now all I need is a decent herring vendor and my friends will be in for a surprise 🤣

My alcohol tolerance is way too low for there to be a "haven't had enough yet". It's either "had no Rød Aalborg" or "blacked out".

Everyone I know drink it a room temperature. The first one taste a bit strong but the rest is smooth and awesome.
