Something like the feature in the image, showing how many new comments since the last time you opened the post.

And, as many have already said, the new icon options are awesome!

This is a super simple one, I’ll add this to the next release. I had started adding this to yesterday’s update, but I didn’t like how I’d fit in the UI, and I didn’t have time to fix it and still release an update.
