Porn hosting on Lemmy is insanely risky. If someone posts illegal content to your server you are held liable due to hit being hosted on your machine.
No riskier than any other server that hosts content
Plus, afaik, most of the CSAM attacks have been on the bigger (i.e. non-porn) instances.
Wait isn't there laws for this to make the poster accountable instead of the host?
jurisdictions vary. in the us you just have to make an effort to remove it if you're aware.
