So after a minute of trying to parse this, I assume his dog is named commander? Or did Joe bidens dog commander, I. E. A person who commands dogs, bite his colleagues?

Option 3: the dog is a commander of other dogs. My beagle gets orders from him at least once a week.

Also weirdly coincidental is that the US Commander is named Dog! But it gets deeper. He's actually a bunch of cats in a trenchcoat!
