The cease and desist sounds like was against them, and they shown him as a "dude let us do our job", and were met with "royal decrees"?

lol syntax and clarity are not sovcits’ strong points. Either are possible. I read it as “my cease and desist I tried to serve them with they threw back in my face and refused to comply”

But yeah, “dude let us do our job” is definitely what the movers were thinking and probably saying. Royal decrees…I’m sure it’s “queen Romania’s” nonsense
