It makes sense if you remember that it's all about dazzling with bullshit to avoid personal responsibility. If you're looking for any logic or consistency, there isn't any. Also, mental illness.

Yeah, funny how it’s all about not paying for things you use. Roads, car, any debts, but most often, child support. It’s like the one consistent thing they believe it.
