Idk, stop antagonizing the law?
The driver in question received many tickets over a period of time.
When the driver saw a police officer, they flip them off, committing contempt of cop.
The police probably without sufficient probable cause pulled him over, and he refused to provide his identification and he got arrested
I'm glad they are exercising their freedom of speech, but they are clearly a edge case, a reasonable person would not taunt the police and expect to have a peaceful day.
Contempt of cop?
You ever heard of this little thing called the first amendment?
Yes. Being polite shouldn't matter, but we have to acknowledge the human on the other side of the government.
Why?
If you choose to become an enforcer for the state do you really deserve any more than open contempt?
