These scooters can go way faster than 20 km/h but their max speed can be limited electronically. And oh boy they are heavy (30+ kg)

that's a dangerously high speed. why would you even want this? you'd be very dangerous on the bicycle lane. scooters are super hard to control at higher speeds already. to be "safe" you'd have to drive among the cars, and if you do that you need brakes that can actually stop you from moving without killing you in the process.
