I'm researching the possibility to move to Denmark to work as an IT Architect. (Preferably @ TLG.)

How difficult is it to get vegan foods in Denmark? I don't know if veganism has a strong foothold there. How much do the vegetables, nuts, beans/legumes, and fruits cost (on average)? Are there any vegan specific restaurants?

It’s very doable. The Danish grocery stores are hated by most expats for their selection, but I like them. They have more organic food than any other country I’ve been to. But the ready made dishes, like vegan patties or schnitzels, are often non-organic. Groceries are pricy in Denmark. Nemlig.com is an online grocery store you can check out. Prices are a bit higher than discount stores.
