I'm researching the possibility to move to Denmark to work as an IT Architect. (Preferably @ TLG.)

How difficult is it to get vegan foods in Denmark? I don't know if veganism has a strong foothold there. How much do the vegetables, nuts, beans/legumes, and fruits cost (on average)? Are there any vegan specific restaurants?

If you're fine with cooking and preparing a lot of your meals yourself, you should be fine. Or if you don't mind spending half your salary on varying qualities of restaurant options. I live in Aarhus, I'm an omnivore, but I often sample vegan options and I'm not impressed. If you don't mind including some vegetarian options here and there, you should be a lot better off.
