its a 125, so that's gonna take some effort! But a good warning nonetheless. I meet people all the time who are unaware, even with all the media coverage.

Yea, with a 125, going over 100 with Denmark's wind is gonna be optimistic. But thank's for the info, i also wonder what are the law's on custom exhausts? i assume its very strict?

As long as it's not louder you should be fine. Exhausts should always be e-marked aswell, except for bikes older than the e-mark system. But the smaller the bike, the more likely you are to get pulled over for a loud exhaust. They know that small bikes aren't supposed to be loud.

What is e marking?

The e mark system is EU certification for automotive equipment. An e-marked exhaust is an exhaust that has been tested and approved for use on the road in EU, on the specific model and year of vehicle that the certification mentions. It's to make sure that people don't buy a bike or car that meets the emissions and noise requirements and then immediately install straight pipes. Can't install it unless it's a legal exhaust with an e-mark and a certificate. Same goes for most other safety-related parts on a bike. Lights, horns, brakes, tires and such.

it might be a Aprilia RS 125 GP Replica, but fair point :-)

2-stroke 125's are like less than a % of the current 125's on the road, so theres very little chance that its one of those.
