Hello! I am a student in Sonderborg, and i want to bring my 125cc motorbike from Latvia for the last 3 months of the semester. Now, registering it here, as much as i understand will the tax the life out of me, so that’s a no go. Anyone know if i would be able to drive my bike here for 3 months with foreign license plates? I have been in Denmark since septemver, and i called the motor agency, who said that i might be able to get a permit since i’ve been in Denmark for less than a year, anyone have any experience?

He sells it to the leasing company, and they lease it to him, and sells it back to him.

I don't really think so. Leasing companies haven't complained about it to me before.

It's not mine when I sell it, law is abided. Move on.

Main thing it being a riskless engagement. Normally you would makes regular transactions, to show a regular purchase at market prices, and risk assesment towards the customer.

I would imagine that is why I have had contracts with a similar scenario, except the riskless engagement.
