I don't really think so. Leasing companies haven't complained about it to me before.
It's not mine when I sell it, law is abided. Move on.

And so what?
Main thing it being a riskless engagement. Normally you would makes regular transactions, to show a regular purchase at market prices, and risk assesment towards the customer.
I would imagine that is why I have had contracts with a similar scenario, except the riskless engagement.
