Folkemord og etnisk udrensning er per definition krigsforbrydelser. Det er deres tæppebombning, mord på civile, deres behandling af krigsfanger, deres brug af nødhjælp, medicin, vand, mad, brændstof og elektricitet til at underkue civilbefolkningen også.
