I wonder..

By his own legal admission, he's not a journalist but an entertainer.

Thus what he's doing with Putin is entertainment.

So he's dealing with Russia (literally) and Russian companies to produce a profit making entertainment content.

Russia is under sanctions.

Isn't he breaking the law?
