Long story short, my roof is leaking water. This has been going on for four months.

Now the landlord is offering that I move to another room, where water isn't leaking. The "other" room sucks for several other reasons and I don't want to move there.

So are these my choices? Either move to the other room, or stay here and stop complaining?

He says he can't get the roof fixed now, it'll take time, and this is the best he can do.

I am worried if I say no about the other room, he'll basically ask me to f**k off the next time I complain about the leaky roof here.

You rented that room. It's the landlords job to keep it maintained. Either with or without LLO - Go to huslejenævnet and plead your case about the landlords isnt maintaining the rented. That he cant get the roof fixed isn't your problem, it's his. If you've frequently(bi-weekly-ish) during those 4 months reached out about it, then he has no excuse tbh.

I've, on the landlords side, have had a ruling go like, if it isnt fixed within 6 weeks, the rent will be reduced by 25% till it's fixed. That was a problem with mold.
