Just read the plot for a French horror film on Binge and yeah words fail me.
Pissed myself laughing and strongly encouraged Mr Smeg to watch it (I don't do horror)

"However, motor oil......" aaaaaaaaand this is clearly the greatest piece of cinema ever made. Cancel all the Oscars.
Oddly enough it appears to have been written and directed by a woman.
why oddly?
The content gives off a very different vibe in terms of authorship
What in the fucking WORLD
Goes from 0 to WTF at lightening speed
That’s hilarious!
Cronenberg is one of my favourite directors. While this isn't him, it looks great and inspired by him. But I can't do horror anymore. Gives me nightmares.
Holy crap, that is batshit and looks hilarious
Who the hell writes a script like this?
And how does it become "acclaimed"🤷♀️
AI, and tokenism
Although I'm probably being too harsh.
It's not even original, this is a just a twist on possession ( body being occupied by other than human forces ) tropes that have been around for millennia. Except it's cars and fire trucks and stuff and not demons.
It's just ridiculous enough that I'm considering watching it. Hahaha.
da fuk
He kept asking why I was laughing while I was reading about the plot.
I've told him he just needs to watch it. He loves weird horror and foreign horror, so this is a no brainer for him
