My dad has days to live and I have flown from Denmark to UK to be with him. His care needs have shot up and I am helping my brother. He does the night shift and I help during the day. This means I can’t work both time wise , but also mental state of my own whilst I watch my dad deteriorate…

I have a job but I am Not sure what my financial entitlements are from work or kommune given than my dad lives abroad. I have all the paperwork to prove my predicament but not sure …

Can anyone help with some advice

I am full time employed.

I have a-kasse and lønsikring. I also have danica pension.

Currently my employers have been very kind and given me compassionate leave so I don’t use my annual leave.

I guess I am stuck because I know my dad doesn’t have long, but I don’t know how long.

I could leave work and be without both job and dad.

I could stay in work and feel pressured because it could be days, weeks, months and they may not want to continue with me.

The answer is still "no".

If your workplace doesn't give you a salary, while on your leave in a foreign country, you are not entitled to any benefits from Denmark.
