Hej

I've been staying and working in Denmark more than 3 years now as a designer or an industrial designer more specifically.

I am planning to sign up for A-kasse to secure my life in Denmark :)

May I ask a good union/A-kasse for designers?

I am currently working as an industrial designer, but there is a potential that I can change my career an UX/UI designer. (Just in case the job title matters when it comes to choosing A-kasse)

Thank you in advance!

For an A-kasse it basically doesn't matter, they're all more or less the same. Most people just go with the one associated with their union.

If you're working as an employee at a workplace with a collective bargaining agreement, you will almost certainly have a union representative. Get in touch with them to ask about which union you should join. While you're technically free to join any union you'd like, it's usually the best to join the one that is actively present at the workplace, as they are the only ones that can help you in case your employer does something that isn't illegal by law, but goes against the collective bargaining agreement.
