I'm a lurker from Ireland as I lived in CPH for a while, equivalent of 7 euro to send a letter is crazy. I know post isn't exactly competitive anymore, but that would cost 2.3 euro in Ireland to send to Germany. And even less to send to our big neighbour.

God PostNord are awful.

Yep, the new prices from January first are awful to, sending a standard letter within Denmark is 3.38€ and the delivery time is approximately 1 week

It's insane.

It's literally more expensive for my brother to send a letter to my parents (both living in Denmark) than it is for me (living in Sweden) to send a letter to my parents... and it's the same damn company.

My brother would need to pay 25 DKK whereas I would need to pay 36 SEK, which is equivalent to approximately 23.75 DKK.

140 for a traceable letter up to 2kg -absolutely insane. I used to have a 15-20 hour job weekly buying and selling stuff on ebay (buying locally obviously) - not worth it anymore, cos you just have to charge too much due to shipping, and if you charge the actual shipping charge people will leave a bad review, cos they think you over charged.
