I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but when I search for other community on other instances, it doesn't show up in the results. I tried the complete URL, the "!", the "!" plus @instance, the name alone. Is there something special to do? Is any user can look for community?
Anyone can lookup, but if it's a community that's being fetched for the first time, it might take a few seconds. Try to refresh and it should be visible after that.
That's my understanding, but I'm trying since yesterday and still no results. From Jerboa I succeeded in finding one community, but since then, it looks like I cannot even though I'm on browser right now. edit: is it possible API are overwhelmed by the number of recent requests?
can you send me the url of the community you're trying to fetch? let me try it on my end.

Thanks, that makes sense. It grew pretty fast in a few days.
Ok I'm seeing it now. It's empty but I assume it takes time to load. Thanks!
Any Idea on why I couldn't do it myself?
