That's certainly a start. Though I doubt that covers the 316.84 Sq Mi that Calgary encompasses. Hopefully you can expand on that network.

Many US cities have a similar network, though since none of them connect to any residential, other than ultra high cost residential, I doubt that our networks work as well as yours.
