I kinda thought the depiction of Shadow the Hedgehog and the mixed fonts, not to mention the link to the tumblr account showing this is not OC, would be enough to alert people that I'm not serious, but ... that's on me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
People are treating ibuprofen like it's fentanyl in this thread lol. It's reasonably safe and when used like a regular person knows how to use them poses very little risk of damage to your body. The meme is funny and the message is fine, don't feel bad OP
