Streisand Effect is a story becoming big because it's being surpressed. Not a promo deal.

I know what the effect is. Did people really misunderstand my comment? I didn't question what the Streisand effect is. I pointed out how stupid sounds to say "hey guys, let's make a Streisand effect!!!"
