Literally the entire GOP. They're quite directly too stupid to observe someone and make up a believable lie, so they just think of the first uncouth thing that comes to mind... which is always one of their own vices.

Remember: They're too stupid to observe and change their mind on something, so it is quite directly a result of their stupid dogma-riddled brains. They are incapable of not projecting.
